WR Larry Fitzgerald didn't practice much this week due to a sore groin, and his availability for Sunday's game vs. Cleveland will not be determined until game time.  If he can't play, Bryant Johnson will start, with Sean Morey stepping up to the No. 3 role.  QB Kurt Warner practiced all week and is set to start vs. the Browns.  Backup Tim Rattay will likely continue to be used in goal-line situations as long as Warner is wearing a brace on his sprained left elbow.
TE Alge Crumpler was limited this week due to a sore foot, but he is expected to play at St. Louis.  Byron Leftwich is still bothered by a bruised tailbone, and Joey Harrington will get the start at quarterback.
QB Steve McNair will miss at least one more week with a shoulder injury.  The same goes for WR Demetrious Williams, who is nursing a high ankle sprain.  TE Todd Heap didn't practice much this week due a hamstring strain, and he is questionable for Week 13.  RB Willis McGahee is nursing a sore ankle, but he is expected to play on Monday night.
Rookie running back Marshawn Lynch hardly practiced this week due to an ankle sprain, and he will miss at least one more week.  Backup Anthony Thomas is expected to miss at least a couple of weeks due to a calf strain.  Fred Jackson and Dewayne Wright will share the rushing load against Washington.
QB Vinny Testaverde (back) practiced all week, and he is expected to start against the 49ers.
RB Cedric Benson will miss the rest of the season due to a broken ankle.  Adrian Peterson will start in his place.  WR Devin Hester (foot) practiced this week, and he will play against the Giants.
WR T.J. Houshmandzadeh (back), WR Chad Johnson (knee), and RB Kenny Watson (hip) all missed some practice time this week, but they are expected to play on Sunday night at Pittsburgh.
WR Braylon Edwards (hamstring) was able to practice on Friday.  He sat out the previous two days.  He is listed as questionable for Sunday's game at Arizona, but he should be able to play.

RB Andre Hall was unable to practice this week due to a sprained ankle, and he will not play at Oakland. The good news is that both Travis Henry (knee) and Selvin Young resumed practicing on Wednesday, and they will play.  There is still no word on Henry's possible suspension, and he is expected to start.  WR Javon Walker was limited this week due to lingering soreness in his injured knee.  He is listed as questionable, but is likely to play vs. the Raiders.

In Thursday night's loss to Dallas, QB Brett Favre bruised the muscle around his right (throwing) elbow and aggravated a previous separation of his left shoulder.  Neither injury is expected to prevent him from playing in Week 14.

WR Andre Johnson was limited at practice this week due to lingering soreness in his injured knee, but he is expected to start at Tennessee.  RB Ahman Green is still slowed by a lingering knee injury that he suffered in Week 1.  He will miss his sixth game of the season on Sunday.  Kris Brown (foot) practiced this week, and he is expected to kick on Sunday.
WR Marvin Harrison (knee) did not practice all week, and he is unlikely to play vs. Jacksonville.

RB Larry Johnson will miss at least one more game due to a foot sprain.  QB Brodie Croyle will also not play on Sunday vs. the Chargers due to a bruised back.
RB Ricky Williams will miss the rest of the season due a torn chest muscle.  Starter Jesse Chatman is nursing a sore ankle.  He was limited at practice this week, but he is expected to play vs. the Jets.
RB Adrian Peterson is expected to play vs. the Lions after missing two weeks due to an LCL sprain.  He probably won't start and will likely share more time than usual with Chester Taylor.
RB Kevin Faulk (thigh) practiced on Friday and was removed from the official injury report.  He didn't practice on Wednesday and Thursday.
Due a bruised left shin, RB Reggie Bush was limited at practice on Wednesday, but he went through full workouts on Thursday and Friday.  As a result, he is not listed on the official injury report.
Starter Brandon Jacobs is likely to miss at least one more game due to a hamstring strain.  He was limited at practice this week.  Backup Derrick Ward (ankle and groin) is expected to play.  He resumed practicing on a full-time basis on Wednesday.  WR Plaxico Burress did not practice this week due to a lingering ankle sprain and a sore knee.  He's expected to play against the Bears, but he won't be 100 percent.
WR Jerricho Cotchery did not practice this week due to a broken finger, and he will not play at Miami.  Fellow WR Laveranues Coles (ankle) practiced on a limited basis, and he is expected to play.
QB Daunte Culpepper missed his second straight practice on Friday due to a right quadriceps injury.  Josh McCown is likely to start on Sunday against the Broncos.  On Thursday and Friday, McCown received the majority of reps with the first-team offense, but rookie JaMarcus Russell also took some snaps with the first team.
QB Donovan McNabb did not practice all week due to a sprained ankle and a bruised thumb, and he is expected to miss Sunday's game vs. the Seahawks.  RB Brian Westbrook (knee) and WR Kevin Curtis (thigh) missed some practice time, but they are expected to play.
WR Santonio Holmes will miss at least one more game due to a high ankle sprain.  Nate Washington will start in his place.
QB Marc Bulger will miss at least one game due to a concussion.  Gus Frerotte will start in his place.

QB Alex Smith was limited all week due to forearm and shoulder injuries, and the 49ers are considering putting him on IR.  Backup Trent Dilfer will continue to start.  RB Frank Gore (ankle) was limited at practice all week, but he is expected to start at Carolina.
WR D.J. Hackett aggravated his high ankle sprain, and he will miss at least two weeks.  RB Shaun Alexander practiced all week, and he is expected to return to the starting lineup on Sunday at Philadelphia.  RB Maurice Morris (ankle) practiced on Thursday and Friday, and he will be available for backup duty.  QB Matt Hasselbeck (hip) practiced all week and is set to start.
QB Jeff Garcia was limited to one practice (on Friday) this week due to a back injury, and he is questionable for Sunday's game vs. the Saints.  His status will not be determined until game time.  Backup Luke McCown got the bulk of the snaps at practice this week, and it appears that he will start if Garcia can't.  Backup RB Michael Pittman (ankle) was limited this week, and he is also questionable.

Rookie RB Chris Henry is in the second week of his four-game suspension for violating the NFL's banned substance policy.

WR Antwaan Randle was limited all week due to a hamstring injury, and he is questionable for Sunday's game vs. the Bills.  WR Santana Moss (heel) and RB Clinton Portis (back) missed some practice time this week.  However, both players went through full workouts on Friday, and they are expected to start.  Backup WR James Thrash will miss at least one more week due to a high ankle sprain.
